Mitesco Inc.: Valuing Health Before Sickness Arrives

Mitesco

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise!” But, how about when it comes down to healthcare solutions and services that aren’t of high quality but are enormously pricey at the same time? Not to mention the fact that these services might be unavailable for some patients. And by some, I mean plenty of them.

It’s a frustrating issue, to say the least, and the frustration bothered Larry Diamond immensely, so he felt the need to brainstorm an objective about fixing this grave problem.

Consequently, Mitesco Inc. had emerged - specializing, delivering, and providing remedies and healthcare services to consumers! This holding company excels in supplying its services for patients, doctors, and veterinary experts alike.

The health of one individual concerns the health of every other person.

However, getting to operate Mitesco Inc. was, and still is, a tough task to accomplish.

So let’s see how the hot-blooded Larry gave it his all!

A Diamond in the Rough

Ever since Larry was a child, he was traditionally nurtured throughout his childhood.

His parents were a little above the standard working-class, leaving a lot of room for Larry to gradually strengthen up his raw character, physical endurance, and overall mental capability.

Nonetheless, that’s easier said than done since he and his family were moving, left and right. From Maryland to California, then to New York, and after that, Virginia. When they thought they had settled in Virginia, it was back to New York, then to Minnesota, Massachusetts, and finally reverting to Minnesota again!

That’s a lot of pressure being everywhere and nowhere at the same time, continuously making new friends, and just when you start feeling at home - bam! - you’re on the road again.

But for a Diamond such as Larry - the pressure is what makes a shining gemstone over time!

A turbulent ride for Larry, although, very impactful. It was from this disorganized yet amusing adventure that Larry began to shape his thoughts so that they eventually turn into marvelous realities. Still, there’s a long way to go for this young grasshopper - professionally and educationally - to learn the ways of the praying mantis!

Academic and Professional Commitment

After growing up under different circumstances and in many locations, it was time for Larry to breathe in the business air! He started his educational voyage towards the path of succession, grabbing his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Richmond.

Later on, he eventually got to the point of earning himself an MBA in Finance and Marketing at the University of Minnesota. It didn’t take long for Larry to go toe-to-toe with the big dogs in Wall Street. Larry’s professional portfolio is quite an abundant one; from being a Vice President for the UnitedHealth Group from 1992 to 2000 to being a Vice President for Ubiquio Corporation and Abbott from 2000 up to 2004, Larry achieved stellar outcomes.

Following the years from 2004 up to 2008, Larry got to develop his expertise and professionalism by being a Vice President of Sales and Marketing at American TeleCare. In 2008, he received a promotion and was appointed General Manager at American TeleCare until September of 2012.

Most people have said to Larry that he couldn’t do things properly and adhere to what’s happening around his surroundings, seamlessly. Operating at American TeleCare was the proof Larry needed and took upon himself so that he can, and will, do things appropriately through great devotion.

Even though people still thought it isn’t enough proof - Larry Diamond continued proving them wrong by becoming a member of the Board of Directors at Sansio for nearly 15 years! Rocking the business hat, he resumed his outstanding professional performance through his job at PointRight Inc. and being the CEO of Intelligere up until 2019.

At long last, he eventually nestled with his pride and joy of today - Mitesco Inc., acting as a Board Member and CEO from starting October 2019 up to this very day.

Mitesco Inc. - Making Progress Every Day

Before Larry went on being the CEO of Mitesco, he had 27 years of healthcare experience under his belt.

However, in the Latin language, Mitesco means progress, and that’s what it all comes down to from Larry’s perspective.

Progress by progress, the healthcare in the U.S. is rising steadily towards being top-grade, thanks to Mitesco, Inc. Mitesco’s focal point is concentrated on prime care and prevention. With technology coming left and right, being innovative wasn’t all there is to operate a healthcare company such as Mitesco.

Larry’s idea is not just to provide prime healthcare through utilizing the latest technology, but also consequently minimizing the cost for every patient out there. Even if it’s a pharmaceutical device or a given product, Mitesco knows that it’s crucial to provide the benefits for every household pocket in the U.S.

A key problem that Larry and Mitesco have seen happening more and more was the treatment being paid upfront. Yes, it does bring in risk-free revenue, but patients having to pay up a sum of like $100,000 for a Hepatitis treatment is mind-boggling for more than half of the U.S. citizens. This is why Mitesco concentrates on preventing illnesses, diseases, and other health problems from never happening in the first place, through preventative care.

Fight fire with fire, or through Mitesco’s rationality - fight disease progress with healthcare progress, and through that course of thought, not raising healthcare costs to unpayable heights!

Financial Standings

With Larry’s advocacy, Mitesco got their first round of fundings from an unspecified investor. The company raised a total of $3 million on the 1st of April, 2021.

While on the 22nd of April, 2021 Mitesco raised their first post-IPO equity, totaling $1.6M. Mitesco is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission to raise another $17M in IPO’s. Presently, Larry has listed his firm on the Over-the-Counter market.

Even though Mitesco hasn’t made glorious amounts of revenue fundings, Larry won’t budge on the thought of granting patients fewer deductibles and less co-pay for healthcare and insurance.

Mitesco’s Grand Standings Today

Improving treatment characteristics and quality, saving costs, and making it extra convenient for all patients in the U.S. is what Mitesco aspired in the past, does today, and will aspire to in the future with Larry’s expert instructions and guidance.

Introducing a change is never easy, and powering-through obstacles and hardship is what makes a company stand tall among competitors. Throughout the years, Mitesco has had its fair share of competition coming from companies like Cerner Corp., GoodRx Holdings, and Change Healthcare, among others.

Mitesco Inc. also utilizes the Patient Activation Measure, or PAM for short - defining the level of confidence in a patient to find out whether they’re a valid user of healthcare or not. Even though Mitesco was founded in 2009, Larry is the one to bring this healthcare holding company flourishing.

Mitesco Inc. is headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, consisting of 6 chief employees along with Larry, making the firm stable and coherent. In February 2021, Larry established his initial clinic in Minneapolis and included 2 more people in his staff.

Mitesco still intends to open up a lot more clinics in the Twin Cities and Denver. The physicians of Mitesco provide well-being coaching, affordable healthcare, acute treatment, skin treatment by a dermatologist, and much more consultations and benefits.

Whether if it’s digitally or in person, Larry will continue his journey with Mitesco, helping people out at low costs and in a timely fashion. Larry has had it rough, but still managed to develop his skillset to near-perfection, and will carry on to deliver substantial healthcare, bringing hope to many people in dire need of medical assistance.
